Welcome to Random Lake Elementary School
Random Lake Elementary School currently serves approximately 290 children in grades kindergarten through fourth grade. In addition, the Joseph Gassert Early Learning Center, opened in 2007, provides early childhood programs to over twenty children and 4K programs to approximately fifty children. Elementary students receive daily instruction in science, social studies, reading, math, and language arts. They also receive weekly instruction by specially trained teachers in art, music, and physical education. Additional academic assistance is available through a variety of special education programs and support services. These services include speech and language, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.
Academic support for students who are having difficulty in regular education is also available at the elementary level through the ARC program and through a special reading program. In addition, some of our most talented students are challenged through the REACH program. The elementary guidance counselor meets with all elementary classes throughout the year. She is also available to assist with the individual needs of students, as is the school psychologist
DonorsChoose.org makes it easy to help classrooms in need. Teachers post classroom project requests which range from pencils for poetry to microscopes for mitochondria. Click here to support Random Lake
